By using UnicornApps, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Use of Service
UnicornApps is an AI-powered tool for generating product descriptions from images. You may use it only for lawful purposes.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.
Credits & Payments
Payments are processed securely via Paddle. Pricing may change with prior notice. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, the credits granted by that purchase are removed from your account in full, regardless of how many of them you have already used; if your balance is lower than the amount granted, it is reduced to zero. A refunded subscription charge also ends Pro access immediately. Refund eligibility, including our 14-day refund guarantee, is described in our Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
All generated content belongs to the user. UnicornApps retains no rights over your generated descriptions or uploaded images.
Prohibited Use
You may not use UnicornApps to process illegal, harmful, or offensive content. Abuse will result in immediate account termination.
Limitation of Liability
UnicornApps is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
